Collin Ijoma - Court Management Consultant in West Orange, New Jersey

Collins Ijoma offers court-management consultation to national and international court systems as the chief executive officer of the New Jersey-based Collins Ijoma & Associates, Ltd. Through the firm, he has also held multiple workshops that address important topics such as caseflow management.

In addition to his work in court administration, Mr. Ijoma has contributed to improvement projects for court systems all over the world. For example, his firm led courtroom-technology integration efforts for the High Court of Antigua and Barbuda and Magistrate’s courts in Guyana. As a consultant for the National Judicial Council of Nigeria, Mr. Ijoma offered input on enhancing court security and facilities in the country.

His career in court management spans more than 30 years. Initially, he served as an assistant trial court administrator at the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he provided managerial support to judges and supervised more than 1,200 court staff members after his promotion to trial court administrator. He also earned an Award of Recognition for Distinguished Leadership from then-Chief Justice Stuart Rabner for his efforts as the chair of the New Jersey Judiciary’s Administrative Council.

Mr. Ijoma completed undergraduate studies in accounting and business administration at New Jersey City University. He later attended Seton Hall University, where he earned a master of science in public administration.
